Cancelation Policy

Know your rights & obligations

Thank you for Trusting Mithra Travel. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our services we invite you to contact us so we are able to help you better. The following terms are applicable for any trip or program you reserved with us.

Interpretation and Definitions:
Interpretation The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions For the purposes of this Cancelation Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Mithra Travel, 2nd Floor – Jacob & Nahas Shohada – Salheyah Damascus – Syria.
  • Trips refer to the services offered for sale on this Website.
  • Reservation mean a request by you to purchase Trips from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Mithra Travel, accessible from https://mithratravel.biz
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your reservations without giving any reason for doing so according to the following:

  • Cancelation made within 14 to 30 days before tour starting date, You will get 80% refund of your payment. 20% will be deducted according to payments made by Us to make all reservations possible.
  • Cancelation made within 4 to 13 days before tour starting date, You will get 50% refund of your payments. 50% will be deducted according to payments made by Us to make all reservations possible.
  • Cancelation made within 24 hours to 3 days before tour starting date, no refund shall be made and 100% of the payment will be taken out.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the reservation.
